Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
Yes, you can return an item for either a refund or exchange (depending on sizes and styles available). You must return your item within 14 days of your order to Super Size Guys, 54 Archers Way, Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port, CH66 2RY. All goods returned must be in their original packaging, unworn, have all their original tags and repackaged properly, if they are not the return will be refused.It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and for this we advise using a tracked service as we are not responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. Please enclose the original invoice with the return and state if you want a refund or exchange.
Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
We are web only. To keep our prices as low as possible we do not produce expensive catalogues.
Do you have a shop?
We are web only. You can only buy our goods from this website. The address listed is only for returns and is not a shop.
Are the sizes available up to date on your website?
The website updates in real time, therefore you can be 100% sure that all sizes listed are available.
I've ordered, and not receieved the order, where is it?
You can use the contact us page to let us know your order number and we will find out what has happened to your order.
